The night is commonly referred to as wet dreams, a common problem in their teen and middle-aged men. The night problem is responsible for involuntary ejaculation while sleeping. It can affect both men and women, although it is commonly seen in men.

Sage tea offers a lot of benefits and consuming two cups of sage tea every day can reduce the chances of nocturnal emissions.

Avoid watching porn: 

When you watch porn for hours and hours, it will sexually stimulate you and increase your chances of nocturnal emission. It also has a detrimental effect on personal relationships and therefore you should stop the consumption of porn to a great extent. If following these tips does not yield the desired results, it is advisable to consult a specialist without delay.
