8. Tight Foreskin/Phimosis

Symptoms

  • Discomfort and pain with swelling at the tip of the phallus
  • Unable to withdraw back the foreskin over the penis’s opening
  • Inflammation, reddishness, and unable to urinate properly
  • Black or deep blue tissue prominent on the phallus’s tip

Treatments

  • Application of ice to the affected penis tip
  • Wrapping a plaster securely over the phallus
  • With local anesthesia, a needle can be used to puncture the foreskin in different 
  • points to drain out the blood
  • In severe scenarios, a little cut can be done on the foreskin to ease off the inflammation and constraint
  • Injection of an enzyme, hyaluronidase can be given to stop the stiffness

10. Hydrocele

This disorder is most common in babies, although some adults might have this, wherein the sheath which forms around a testicle is filled with fluid. Two types present, which are non-communicating and communicating. No medications are available to treat hydrocele.

Symptoms

  • Can be caused by swelling or having an external injury in the ballsack surrounding the penis
  • Again, the inflammation can occur due to an infection

Treatments

  • If the hydrocele gets too large and is a communicating hydrocele it can even lead to hernias, so surgery is a must.

11. Fissure | sexual problems in Men

Among other sexual problems in men, a penile fissure is an extremely painful syndrome with horizontal cracks in the shaft occurring in young adults for unknown reasons. It can be caused due to any accidents, or scratching, or cuts.

Symptoms

  • Reddishness, and itching on the penis
  • White-colored accumulation over the penis
  • Burning sensation and shiny foreskin

Treatments

  • Antibiotic or antiviral drugs can be consumed
  • An anti-fungal ointment can be applied externally over the infected area
