Premature ejaculation is a form of disorder that usually occurs in men. The normal ejaculation period is 6 – 8 minutes for a normal male. The time of intra vaginal latency can last for at least two minutes, but if it lasts for less than two minutes, the condition is considered to be premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is common in adults for various reasons and it often causes problems in a relationship.

Ways to overcome premature ejaculation

Overcoming premature ejaculation requires more psychological changes and treatment than physical therapy.

Practice simple exercises to get control of your ejaculation. Masturbate and stop before the last phase of feeling. Stop masturbating and divert yourself with any other idea you like. This rest time can also last up to 5 minutes. Continue masturbating after five minutes and ejaculate the collected semen. This allows your penis to improve ejaculation control.

Practice Kegel exercises regularly. Many doctors have seen an improvement in their patient’s condition with regular use of this practice. This gradually increases the duration of the vagina of the vagina by more than two minutes.

Talk with your partner and work together to solve the problem.

The use of condoms can have a lesser stimulation effect to the penis, reducing the ejaculation time. It helps the man with premature ejaculation to increase the ejaculation time. This is much better if you like thicker condoms.

Reduced friction may reduce stimulation in the penis. So trying to use more lubricant helps men with premature ejaculation. But some partners may feel a decrease in their satisfaction level with this increased use of lubricants.

Intercourse within 24 hours helps to increase ejaculation time. Masturbate in the morning and stay with your partner at night for a long period of intra-vaginal latency time.

Using refractory periods. Relaxation after a sexual effort is a refractory period. For men with premature ejaculation, they can use this period and create a second erection in the first time and start with a second sexual activity that can last longer. As this idea may be difficult for many individuals, there are people who have experienced positive results from using it in overcoming premature ejaculation.
